What if the product is broken or faulty?

What is the product guarantee?
Guaranteed Satisfaction: Your product and imprint will be exactly as you approved them, or we will reprint your order, refund your money or credit your account upon return of the goods.
When will I receive my order?
We try to keep a good supply of our stock items and ship them out within 48 hours as long as payment and art approval have been received. Let us know your required date and we’ll help you choose an item which can arrive on time.
The minimum is 100 but can I get 50?
Sorry no. The factories set most of the minimums based on process requirements.
Can I order a quantity over 10,000?
Yes. Just give us a call at 1.800.736.6226 and we will be happy give you a proper quote.
When is payment due?
We require your payment when placing your order.
Is it safe to give my credit card info over the net?
Yes our site is 100% SSL Secured
I’ve found what I want to order but I am still uneasy about giving my credit card info over the net. What should I do?
You can place an order over the phone, call our office with your credit card info at 1-800-736-6226 and we'll be happy to help you.
I prefer to use another method of payment. Will you take a cheque?
Yes we accept cheques, as well as money orders and cash. We will need to process your payment before proceeding to do the artwork or production.

How will I know that you received my order?
We will send you a copy of the invoice.
Can you deliver to my post office box?
Sorry no. Couriers send most of our products to you and they cannot deliver to a post office box as only Government postal services are authorized to.
